Dashboard Overview

Your DataRunsClouds dashboard provides a complete view of your backup status, agents, and account. Learn how to navigate and use each feature.

Accessing the Dashboard

To access your dashboard:

1. Go to app.datarunsclouds.com
2. Log in with your email and password
3. You'll land on the main dashboard

Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard shows your backup status at a glance:

Statistics Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see key metrics:

Metric	Description
Total Agents	Number of computers with backup agents installed
Active Agents	Agents that have reported in recently
Inactive Agents	Agents that haven't reported (computers may be off)
Total Backups	Number of backup operations completed
Data Backed Up	Total amount of data protected in the cloud

Navigation Menu

The main navigation provides access to all features:

• Dashboard - Main overview page
• Download - Download backup agents for your computers
• Licenses - Manage agent licenses
• Billing - Subscription and payment management
• Settings - Account settings and preferences

Agent List

The agent list shows all computers registered with your account:

• Agent Name - Computer name or custom name you've set
• Status - Active, Inactive, or Error
• Last Seen - When the agent last connected
• Last Backup - Most recent backup date
• Data Size - Amount of data backed up from this agent

Agent Actions

Click on any agent to:

• View detailed backup history
• Configure backup paths and settings
• Browse and restore backups
• Rename or remove the agent

Recent Backups

The dashboard shows recent backup activity:

• List of recent backup operations
• Success/failure status for each
• Size and duration information
• Which agent performed each backup

Backup Status Indicators

Color	Meaning
Green	Backup completed successfully
Yellow	Backup completed with warnings
Red	Backup failed
Blue	Backup in progress

Download Page

The Download page allows you to get backup agents:

1. Navigate to Download in the menu
2. Select your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
3. Click Download Agent
4. The download includes your registration token

Licenses Page

Manage your agent licenses:

• View total licenses in your plan
• See how many licenses are in use
• Purchase additional licenses if needed

Billing Page

Manage your subscription and payments:

• View current subscription plan
• Upgrade or downgrade plans
• Update payment methods
• View billing history and invoices

Settings Page

Configure your account:

Profile Settings

• Update company name
• Change email address
• Update password

Notification Settings

• Backup success/failure emails
• Weekly status reports
• License usage alerts

Security Settings

• Enable two-factor authentication
• View login history
• Manage API keys (if applicable)

Dashboard Tips

Quick Actions

• Click status cards for detailed views
• Use the search to find specific agents
• Sort agent list by name, status, or last backup

Monitoring Best Practices

• Check dashboard daily or weekly for issues
• Investigate any agents showing inactive for extended periods
• Review failed backups promptly
• Monitor storage usage trends

Mobile Access

The dashboard is responsive and works on mobile devices:

• Check backup status from your phone
• View agent status on the go
• Receive and review notifications
