Free Trial

All new accounts include a 7-day free trial:

After the trial, choose a paid plan to continue protecting your data.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher plan:

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Navigate to Billing
  3. Click Change Plan
  4. Select your new plan
  5. Choose billing period (monthly or annual)
  6. Complete payment

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

Annual Savings

Save up to 17% by choosing annual billing. Pay for 12 months upfront and get 2 months free.

Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Billing in your dashboard
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to current features until then.

License Limits

If you downgrade to a plan with fewer licenses than you currently use, your agents will continue working but you won't be able to add new ones until you're within the new limit.

Payment Methods

DataRunsClouds accepts:

Managing Payment Methods

  1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method to add a new card
  3. Set a default payment method for renewals
  4. Remove old payment methods as needed

Billing Periods

You can switch between monthly and annual billing when your current period ends.

Invoices

Access your invoices and billing history:

  1. Go to Billing > Invoices
  2. View all past invoices
  3. Click any invoice to view details
  4. Download PDF invoices for your records

Invoices are automatically emailed when payments are processed.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Billing in your dashboard
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Follow the cancellation process
  4. Provide optional feedback

Additional Licenses

Need more licenses than your plan includes?

  1. Go to Licenses in your dashboard
  2. Click Add Licenses
  3. Enter the number of additional licenses
  4. Review prorated cost
  5. Complete purchase
